日前，我系孫宏斌教授被國際電子電氣工程師協會（IEEE）主辦的智能電網頂級期刊《IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid》聘為編委（Editor），目前他也是該期刊唯一的來自中國的編委。去年，他被該期刊邀請為“Distributed Energy Management Systems”專刊(Special Issue)的特邀主編（Guest Editor-in-Chief），是該期刊首位來自中國的特邀主編。IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid主要刊登智能電網理論、技術、設計、政策和實現等方面的原創性研究論文，是IEEE Power & Energy Society, Computational Intelligence Society, Communications Society, Computer Society, Control Systems Society, Industry Applications Society, Industrial Electronics Society, Instrumentation and Measurement Society, Power Electronics Society, Signal Processing Society等學會共同舉辦的學科交叉型期刊，其五年影響因子為5.776，屬目前IEEE PES期刊中最高，也是IEEE所有期刊中最高之一。
